First things first: Make a backup
Upgrading from a jailbroken device completely erases the device and sets it up as a new phone. Therefore, we will back up the phone to the computer using iTunes. To get started, simply plug your iPhone into your computer and launch iTunes.

Restore backup
After the phone reboots, it should work as good as new. After initial setup like language and Wi-Fi network to connect to, it will ask if you want to set it up as a new phone or restore a backup. Tap option Restore from iTunes Backup and connect the phone to the computer.
Finally, go to the iPhone page and restore settings. The phone cannot be used while the recovery is in progress and so let it work for a while. After the phone restarts, do not immediately unplug it. Wait for all apps to be installed.
