How to Show Week Numbers in MS Outlook Calendar

When people talk about big projects, talking about weeks is professional language. There is a reason to use week numbers. It adds more clarity to timelines and sets different expectations in hourly human endeavor. And since MS Outlook is what most of us use as a communication and organization tool in our professional lives, we should consider enabling the week number feature in the MS Outlook calendar. Here’s how to do it.

Step 1: Launch MS Outlook and navigate to Tools -> Options -> Options. Click the read button Calendar options below Calendar part.

Step 2: Under Calendar options check the reading box Show week number in Month View and Date Navigator. Click Alright.

Step 3: None Step 3. Go back to your calendar and check how the week numbers appear next to each week (on the left side) when looking at the month view.
