It’s easy for Persona 3 Reload players to get confused when first finding a Jacktite off their Jack Frost or Jack-o’-Lantern, as there’s no explanation for what purpose the heart-shaped item serves in P3R.
That’s except for unlocking the Birthday Present trophy in Persona 3 Reload’s trophies and achievement list of course. There’s no need to worry though, as we’ve got everything you need to know about Jacktite, what to use it for, and how to get more in P3R if needed.
What to use Jacktite for in Persona 3 Reload
In Persona 3 Reload, you can use Jacktite to craft new equipment at Mayoido Antiques in Paulownia Mall; this isn’t obvious from early in the game because the shop doesn’t open until July 18 in the game.

Specifically, you can fuse your Jacktite with an Erogotite Shard, 10 Malachite, and 3 Black Quartz to create the Jack Jumper – a strong set of armour exclusive to the protagonist with 120 Defense and a +Null Ice effect.
How to get more Jacktite in P3R
If it’s more Jacktite you’re after in Persona 3 Reload, in case you already used or sold the first one you got, you can obtain more by levelling up either a Jack Frost or Jack-o-Lantern Persona.
