To get a sweet or sour apple in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, you need 3 gym badges.
Once you’ve earned 3 gym badges, go to any Delibird Gift shop and select “Composite Goods”.
Here are the locations of both apples (and how to get them):
- You need 3 gym badges to unlock both apples.
- Go to any Delibird Gift shop (Mesagoza, Levincia and Cascarrafa) and select “Regular Merchandise”.
After you have selected “Common Goods”, scroll down and you will be able to find both items.
