Mini-animals also eat weeds and insects, so they can be a useful addition to any Sim’s garden.

Mini animals will require attention, cleaning, grooming and feeding just like other pets, you can hire a Ranch Hand to help you with this.

Petty horses can scare mini animals, Sims can also choose to scare animals which will result in a percentage chance of them producing manure.

The more you care for your animals, the higher quality manure they will produce; this will result in a higher quality fertilizer for gardening.
