Many players will wonder if there is Baldur’s Gate 3 achievements and trophies, as the game’s entire early access period has contained zero for players to earn.
Achievements have become a staple of gaming ever since Xbox introduced them during the seventh generation of consoles, and they’re now available on most platforms. According to Steam, there are currently 53 Baldur’s Gate 3 achievements, but they were only added to the game as part of a March update, and none of them are unlockable as of this writing.
As the game has been in early access for the previous three years, achievements were not available, and the developers waited until the game’s full release for them to be activated and achievable.
It’s also worth noting that many of the achievement names and descriptions currently visible on Steam are placeholders, containing random jumbles of letters.
He Baldur’s Gate 3 achievements will certainly be changed to their appropriate titles and descriptions for the full update that brings the game to version 1.0 for release.
