In Modern Warfare 3 Zombies, you can get a Large Rucksack from Large Merc Cache, Aether Cache Duffle Bags, lockers, and elite enemy drops.
While you can buy a Medium Rucksack from the Buy Station located around the map, across the Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 zones, for Large Rucksack, you have to loot around – especially Infested Strongholds and Aether Nests.

Apart from that, you can also complete Contracts, especially the Raid Weapon Stash ones, as they often reward you with a Large Rucksack once you complete it.
Another great way of obtaining the Large Rucksack in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies is by killing Mega Abominations in the Tier 3 zone. However, the next time you die with the Large Rucksack equipped, you will lose it and have to obtain it again. The thing is, unlike weapons, you cannot add the Large Rucksack in the Secure Slot.
