How Pack A Punch works in MW3 Zombies
Pack A Punch works a bit differently in MW3 Zombies. There are three levels of Pack A Punching your weapons in the games corresponding to the threat levels:

If you want to upgrade your weapon to level 1, you’ll have to be in the low threat zone and for level 2, in the medium threat zone, which is the orange area. For level 3, you’ll have to be in the high-threat area marked in red.
Also, something to keep in mind is that Pack A Punch weapons last only for the duration of the match. So, if you die or exfil from the map, the weapons will return to their base forms.
