Akasha Pulses, Kalpa Flame Rises, is the new Genshin Impact 3.2 update.
It comes with new characters, systems, equipment, main story, and enemies.
Maintenance compensation is 300 Primogem and another 300 Primogem for troubleshooting.
There is a new 5-star character named “Physic o Purity” Nahida (Dendro).
The character’s base skill is “All Schemes to Know” which sends karmic links of wood dealing AoE Dendro damage.
A 4-star character is also introduced in the game called “Fantastic Evening Star” Layla (Cryo).
She is an Rtawahist student, an expert in Theoretical Astrology.
There is also a new story mission and a new world quest with various objectives and enemies.
One objective/event in the game is to obtain the Daka’s Bell.

To get Daka’s Bell in Genshin Impact, you need to complete the Akasha Pulses Archon quest.
After you complete the quest, go to the Joururi Workshop, interact with it and choose a challenge to start with.
Finally, defeat Scaramouche and use 30 Original Resin for a reward that includes a Daka’s Bell drop.

- Complete Archon Quest Chapter III, Stage V: Akasha Pulses, Kalpa Flame Rises (Adventure Rank 35 required).
- Go to the Joururi Workshop in Sumeru and choose the challenge level 70 or higher.
- Defeat Scaramouche and use 30 Original Resin to get the reward.
- Rewards include Daka’s Bell along with other materials.
Joururi Workshop is located in Chinvat Gorge, Avidya Forest, Sumeru.
Daka’s Bell is a character leveling material.
If you don’t get the drop item, you need to defeat the boss again.
Here is its description, “This ball joint, used to mechanically join the limbs together, is shaped almost like a bell. Although it looks elegant, it can be used to carry an unimaginable amount of energy.”
