Finding a handheld game console in Persona 3 Reload for #13 of Elizabeth’s P3R requests can be a head-scratcher if you don’t know where to go.
Thankfully, this guide will tell you exactly what you need to do in the game to complete the small side quest before the June 6 deadline.
Where to find a handheld game console in P3R
To get a handheld game console in Persona 3 Reload, simply talk to Junpei in the student dorm. If you’ve accepted request #13, you’ll see an exclamation mark over his head notifying you that a quest-based activity can be completed by talking to him.

After Junpei explains that he’s got a spare one going and there’s “no point in having two of the same consoles“, the Handheld Console will be added to your inventory.
Once you’ve done that, quickly head back to Elizabeth to complete P3R’s handheld game console quest, and you’ll be given the SP-boosting Pixel Vest as a reward.
