How to find all Lost Warriors in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown

The Lost Warriors is one of the longer side quests in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, with it taking you all over the game’s map as you hunt down a series of warriors driven mad by a curse.

The latest Prince of Persia is a collectathon for players looking to 100% it. The game has a number of side quests that you’ll slowly complete over the course of a playthrough, and each region has a number of collectibles like Spirited Sand Jars, maps, and much more.

If you’re on the hunt for the Lost Warriors and need some help tracking them all down, we’ve got you covered.

How to start the Lost Warriors quest

You’ll start the Lost Warriors quest automatically quite early in the game. A dying soldier can be found in the Lower City (marked on the map above), just before you reach the Hyrcanian Forest.

After speaking with him, he’ll ask you to free his brothers in arms by defeating them in combat. There’s no direction for this quest, and to complete it, you will need to travel to all the areas in the game and defeat the eight Lost Warriors.

It’s also worth noting each Lost Warrior you defeat rewards you with a Xerxes coin for that area, so you’ll need to defeat each warrior to collect all Xerxes in the game.

The first Lost Warrior can be found soon after picking up the quest, when you travel to the Hyrcanian Forest.

After the first Wak Wak Tree, keep travelling east for a few rooms until you come to a room with a ramp that slopes down to the right. Drop down here, and head left, past the body suspended on the ceiling.

Once you come to the door into the next room, destroy the vines blocking the way, and enter to fight Lost Warrior 1.

Lost Warrior 2 location

The second Lost Warrior can be found when you journey through The Depths. To find it, start by completing The Tiger and the Rat quest and get your map back. From here, head back up through The Depths until you find the large elevator that leads up to the Lower City.

Head left from here, drop down in the next room, and continue left into the room with the Wak Wak Tree. Using the wall on your right, you can jump up to a platform above and then head through a trap door.

Continue to the right, and you can find Lost Warrior 2 along with a hive.

Lost Warrior 3 location

Lost Warrior 3 is far off the beaten path, but he’s simple to get too. First, you’ll need to get the Dimensional Claw power after defeating the boss in the Soma Tree.

With this new ability, grab an explosive of any kind, and make your way all the way back through to the start of the Lower City (where you first entered). In an underground cubby just to the right of this area, you can find a destructible wall.

After destroying the wall, make your way through this underground section until you surface again. On the surface, head left immediately onto the Old Royal Road.

Continue to the left until you come across the Lost Warrior near the entrance to Mount Qaf.

As you continue through the game, you’ll end up back at the Sacred Archives to access a new area called the Temple of Knowledge. Make your through this area to earn the Clairvoyance ability, and now you can travel to the very top of this region.

If you continue to travel up and to the right, you’ll come to a Wak Wak Tree and a teleporter. Drop down from the tree, and head right into a room to face the Jailer boss (location marked above).

After defeating him, you will gain the Holy Scholarship Key, which can be used to enter the prison at the bottom of the Sacred Archives.

We recommend teleporting to the Sacred Archives teleporter, heading right, dropping down, and continuing to drop down through this room until you reach the bottom and find one of the prison doors.

Enter the prison, make your way to the bottom again, and head right into the room with three jail cells. You can find Lost Warrior 4 in the jail cell at the top of the room.

Lost Warrior 5 location

Lost Warriors 5 can be found in the Pit of Eternal Sands. After dropping into the region for the first time, head directly to the right to find a Wak Wak Tree. Continue into the next room and make your way through here.

Near the end of the room, you can jump up to an area in the upper right side. The next warrior will be here.

For the next Lost Warrior, you will need to complete The Darkest Souls quest and gain the double jump ability. Afterwards, head over to the Catacombs by using the teleporter there.

From the teleporter, head directly right and continue until you come across the doors that spit acid at you. Attack the first door you see and enter the room, where they can be found on either side.

Using double jump, make your way up to the very top of this room and exit to the left side. Work your way through this room, until you enter the next one.

You can now find Lost Warrior 6 on a platform in the middle of the room.

Lost Warrior 7 location

Lost Warrior 7 is located on the eastern side of the Upper City region, and can be found after you’ve finished the Return to the Past quest and gained the sash ability.

Immediately after earning the sash, head to the right side of the arena you just fought the boss in and use it to enter into the next room. Make your way over to the opposite side of the room and use the exit.

You’ll find an elevator that takes you down toward a building with a Wak Wak Tree and teleporter. From here, drop down a few levels and then make your way into the building again. At the very bottom, you can find the next Lost Warrior.

Lost Warrior 8 location

The final of the Lost Warriors can be found in the Tower of Silence. You’ll head here as part of the main story, so work through the area until you come to a room with a series of falling ice boulders.

Dodge past the first boulders, and then you’ll find a gravedigger enemy on a platform. To the left of this are more falling boulders, and a grapple point you can use to launch yourself up when there is a gap in the boulders.

After reaching the top, continue to the right and follow the grapple points along – just be weary this is a difficult jumping puzzle so it may take a few tries.

At the very end of this route, you’ll find a platform with Lost Warrior 8.

Completing Lost Warriors

After defeating the final Lost Warrior, you’ll pick up a lore item called Ardashir’s Mission Orders, which will then mark an area in the Lower City on your map.

To get here, use the Haven teleporter and head to the right side. In the next room, drop down to the very bottom and use the trap door to go underground.

Take the stairs down, drop through the floor once more, and head left to find a closed gate. You can use your Chakram and teleport ability here to get through the gate.

Keep following the path until you drop down into the room with Ardashir. Defeating him will complete the Lost Warriors quest once and for all.
