For iOS devices:

- Swipe the Roblox card up to force exit the card.
- Open Roblox again and try accessing the Marketplace.
For Android devices:
- Open the Settings app.
- Select “Applications”, then select “Manage Applications”.
- Scroll down and select “Roblox”.
- Tap “Force Stop” twice.
- Open Roblox again and try accessing the Marketplace.
How to Force Restart Roblox on PC
- Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and select “Task Manager”.
- Right click on “Roblox Game Client”.
- Select “End Task” to force quit it.
- Open Roblox Player again and try accessing the Marketplace.
