1. Go to your settings
First, open TikTok and tap the profile icon on the bottom navigation bar.

Tap the menu icon in the top right corner of your profile.
Tap on “Settings and privacy” to go to your settings.
2. Sign out of TikTok
After tapping on “Settings and privacy”, you will arrive at the “Settings and privacy” page.
Now, you need to sign out of your TikTok account.
To do so, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Sign Out”.
If you’re currently signed in to another TikTok account, you’ll also need to sign out of that account.
3. Tap “Discover”
After signing out of all your TikTok accounts, you’ll go to the app’s home page.
You will now browse TikTok as a guest.
Since you’re browsing TikTok as a guest, your contacts, Facebook friends, and general followers won’t be synced.
As a result, the Friends button will be replaced by the Explore button.
You can now tap the Explore button to search for users, hashtags, sounds, etc!
While this is not a direct fix, it is still a possible solution to get the Discover button back.
You can also try creating a new TikTok account and see if you have the button.
