Once you’re in there, search for the Spetnaz Document.

Here’s how to do this (expanding screenshot above):

Get Car Battery and Jumper Cable (recommended).
Go to the Koschei Complex and go to the Chemical Factory (equip your Night Vision).
Navigate to Cluster Alpha (behind the Chemical Plant).
Open the Alpha Cluster door by placing the Car Battery and Jumper Cable in the control panel (if the door is locked).
Go inside the Alpha Cluster’s server room and search for the Spetnaz Document.

Look for boxes, bags, etc in the middle of the server room and around the server room.
