Alternatively, you can also enter a start and end time for your clip in the box.
Step 6: When done, click the Share Clip button.
Step 7: You can share the clip directly on the social site or copy the URL of the clip and share it manually.

How to Create Clips from YouTube Videos on Android or iPhone
YouTube’s clip functionality is also available on the mobile app. Since the YouTube app has a similar user interface on Android and iPhone, you can follow the same steps to create clips from YouTube videos.
Step 1: Launch the YouTube app on your Android or iPhone and sign in with your Google account.
Step 2: Open the video you want to clip. Tap the Clip option below the video title.
Step 3: Enter an appropriate description for the clip. Drag the blue bars on the timeline to select the part of the video that you want to turn into a clip.
