Step 7: Add a shortcut for the message below. Instagram will make your reply appear when you type the same shortcut in the message.
Step 8: Write the full message you want to send to customers.
Step 9: Tap Save at the top and you’re ready to go.

Use Instagram saved replies
After you create some saved replies to use, check if it works.
Step 1: Launch Instagram and tap on the Messages icon in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Open any chat.
Step 3: Enter the shortcut and your saved reply will appear above the message box.
Note: You need to type the full keyboard shortcut to display the saved answer.
Step 4: Tap your saved reply and hit the Submit button.
Step 5: You can edit your saved reply before hitting the submit button.
