Gone are the days when we used to rely on actual survey forms to get feedback from customers, employees or people. Nowadays, Google Forms or Microsoft Forms can do the same task quickly. You can even convert a dedicated Google Form into a mobile and desktop QR code for sharing.
This is useful for people who regularly deal with large gatherings or cafe/restaurant owners to get feedback from customers. Instead of giving a feedback form, you can ask the user to scan a QR code and fill out the form. You don’t need to enter it manually, and all data is neatly organized by Google Forms on the web.
Before we go ahead and show you how to convert Google Forms to QR codes, let’s first understand how you can get Google Forms links from the web.
Create Relevant Google Forms
First, you need to create a Google Form from the web. You can then start creating Google Forms from scratch, or choose Google Forms templates to save time.
Step 1: Access Google Form on the web. Sign in with your account credentials.
Step 2: Open a new Google Form from the Recent Forms menu or click the + icon at the bottom.
Step 3: Select Select template.
It will take you to a dedicated template library. Choose a relevant template based on your needs. Template gallery contains Customer Feedback, Job Application, Event Feedback, Contact Information, Party Invitation and many more.
Step 4: Start making changes based on your preferences. Change title, title, default question, answer, etc.
Your Google form is now ready for others to fill out. Let’s create a link to generate a QR code from it.
Click Submit at the top and select Link in Send via menu. Next, enable the Shorten URLs switch and reduce the size of web links. Then copy the link and paste it somewhere.
You have the relevant Google Forms link. Time to convert it to a QR code now.
