Changing your Google profile picture on Windows, Mac, or Chromebook is simple. We’ll demonstrate using Google, but you can also take the steps by going to Gmail. Follow up.
Step 1: Open Google in any browser and sign in to your account.
Step 2: Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner.
Step 3: From the drop-down menu, click the camera icon next to your profile picture.
Step 4: In the Profile Picture pop-up, select Change.
This will open the Change Profile Picture window, allowing you to choose your next profile picture from Artwork, Google Photos, or Calculator. For the demonstration, we will use the From computer option.
Step 5: In the From Computer tab, select ‘Upload from computer’ or ‘Take a picture’.

Step 6: Select the file from your computer and click Open.
The image will be uploaded and you will be taken to the ‘Crop & rotate’ section.
Step 7: In the ‘Crop & rotate’ screen, adjust your image by cropping and rotating (if necessary) and then click Next.
Step 8: From the last page of ‘Your New Profile Picture’, click ‘Save as Profile Picture’.
Note: You can also set the visibility of your profile picture.

How to change your Google profile picture with Android or iPhone
There are different ways to change your Google profile picture on Android or iOS and we are using the easiest one. Follow the steps mentioned below.
Note: The steps are the same for both Android and iOS. For the demonstration, we will be using Android.
Step 1: Launch the Gmail app on your iOS or Android device.
Step 2: Tap your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Tap the Camera icon next to your profile picture from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: On the next screen, tap the Change button.
This will open the “Change Profile Picture” page, allowing you to choose your next profile picture from Artwork, Google Photos, or Devices. For the demonstration, we will use the Device Photo option.
Step 5: In the Device Photos tab, select the photo you want to set as your profile picture.
Step 6: In the ‘Crop & rotate’ screen, adjust your image by cropping and rotating (if necessary), then tap ‘Save as profile picture’.
Note: To crop a photo, pinch or stretch two fingers on your device screen to zoom in or out.
