If you want to take your time in Night City and really explore the depth of what a cyberpunk world looks like, the game can easily run you up to 60 hours, depending on which content you go for.

If you’ve got the Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, you can expect to add an additional 20-30 hours to your gameplay.
This could be even more if you’re more of a completionist, or less if you end up speeding through the DLC’s story. Either way, it’s likely to be a sizable addition to the game if you haven’t played it yet.
