I’ve always been intrigued by the idea of getting lots of friends together, setting up a Bluetooth speaker, and letting anyone contribute songs to the queue from their own device. That’s much easier than scrambling for control over a Bluetooth-connected device or when to disconnect so a new device can connect. So imagine my relief when I discovered OutLoud.

OutLoud went one step beyond my hopes and dreams. It’s a free iOS app that lets anyone nearby join your custom-made social music playlist. You can link your Spotify Premium and SoundCloud accounts to give people a variety of music to choose from, then contributors select songs to add to a playlist, and they’re automatically added to the queue. wait. This app includes a lot of features like support votes and music filters, so check it out.
Start a social playlist
Once in the OutLoud app, tap Store playlists at the top to get started. Then tap Create a new list at the bottom.
Now you have to fill in the necessary information about your playlist. First, give it a title, then to verify, enter your own name in the appropriate field. When friends go to find a playlist, they will see the title, name and know which playlist to join.
The sequel is not necessary but highly recommended. If you sign in and link your existing Spotify Premium and SoundCloud accounts, all participants will be able to add songs from the rich music repertoire on both services. Otherwise, your friends and you will only be limited to the purchased track that you have stored on your iOS device.
Customizing your playlist link is also optional but recommended. In order for friends to join your playlist, they will have to visit the link provided by OutLoud. But if you let the URL auto-generate, you’ll most likely end up with a meaningless string of characters. Instead, try typing in three to six characters so that it’s easy for your friends to remember. Then tap Check to ensure that the URL is available.
Finally, OutLoud displays your current location and reach so that only people who are nearby (almost within your location) can join the playlist.
Advanced customization
Before you click Create you may want to check out some advanced options by tapping custom.
Since you’re probably reading this because you want to start a social media playlist, you’ll probably want to turn on more songs at the top to allow guests to contribute.
While voting is enabled by default, you can also choose to enable counter voting. This means that people can also downgrade a song in a playlist to prevent it from moving to the top of the queue.
Enabling messaging will create a chat room in the playlist where you can message with other members.
Depending on the tune of your party, this is where you can also turn obscene songs on or off.
Note: 
The last two options are for guest login and no vote songs. Here, you can choose to require guests to log in with their username when joining a playlist to avoid duplication of guests (if you’re concerned about fraudsters). Additionally, an option below will automatically shuffle any songs that don’t receive any votes. Otherwise, they will play in the order they were added.

Once you’ve shared your custom playlist URL with your friends and invited them to join, it’s time to add songs to the queue. Don’t worry, this is a short section.
All you have to do is tap the search field at the top and search for any song. It will automatically search on any service associated with OutLoud. Then tap the song or songs you want to add. Guests using the mobile site have an almost identical look and feel, so the process is similar there.
From there, you can view all the songs in the social media playlist and vote for or against them to influence their place in the queue. Have fun!
