Best Sable Ward Perk builds in Dead by Daylight

As Dead by Daylight’s All Things Wicked Chapter brings with it a brand new Survivor, so too does it introduce a new set of Perks – so I’m here to break down some of the best builds you can run on Sable Ward using her new, unique Perks.

Sable’s Perks are a stark contrast to Alan Wake’s as the previous Survivor in the game, introducing new mechanics – and a new reason for Survivors to enter the Basement.

Best Perk builds for Sable Ward

The builds you’ll find below are designed to complement Sable Ward’s three unique Perks in Dead by Daylight, which after spending enough Bloodpoints on her, can be taught to other Survivors so that they can use them too.

The Invocation: Weaving Spiders Build

Performing a rite alone is fun, but with friends it’s powerful. This build helps you find Survivors to take into the Basement with you, as well as gives you a means of defence and escape should your invocation be interrupted by a curious Killer.

Description

Invocation: Weaving Spiders

Sable Ward

When in the Basement near the circle, press the Ability Button 1 to begin the Invocation. Invocations take 120 seconds. Other Survivors will see your aura during this and can join an ongoing interaction, increasing speed by 50% each. If they have an Invocation Perk equipped, they increase it by 100% instead.

Once the Invocation is completed: you become injured and broken for the rest of the Trial but reduce the max required Generator charges of all remaining Generators by 10 seconds. Completing the Invocation disables the Perk for all Survivors.

Bond

Dwight Fairfield

The Auras of all other Survivors within 36 metres of your location are revealed to you.

Head On

Jane Romero

While standing in a Locker for 3 seconds, Head On activates. When rushing out of a Locker, stun the Killer for 3 seconds if they are within range. Head On causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 40 seconds.

Quick & Quiet

Meg Thomas

Suppresses both the loud noise notification and sound effects triggered by rushing to vault Windows, Pallets or rushing to enter or exit Lockers. Quick & Quiet has a cooldown of 20 seconds.

The Strength in Shadows Build

While healing is always a strong ability in DbD, doing so in the Basement is a dangerous thing indeed. So, the Perks you’ll find here will give you plenty of healing options, as well as a chance to hide should the Killer come sniffing around.

What are Invocation Perks in DbD?

Invocation Perks are a new subset of Perks introduced with Sable Ward, and while there is currently only one at the time of writing, they are intended to be high-risk-high-reward Perks that will greatly benefit Survivors – but some at a price.

When Mikaela Reid was brought into Dead by Daylight, she introduced the Boon Perks that allowed Survivors to bless Totems for unique effects. Invocation Perks work similarly, but will require Survivors to perform rituals of sorts in the Basement of the map.
