Bill Clinton Kid is Matan Even, a YouTuber (over 40k subscribers) and Twitter personality who exposed police brutality during the Hong Kong protests from 2019 to 2020.
In 2022, he went viral for knocking out the Game Awards (after Elden Ring won Game of the Year).
When the Elden Ring developers took to the stage, Matan sneaked onto the stage with them.
Then he took the microphone and said this, “Quickly, I want to thank everyone and say I think I’d like to nominate this award to my reformed orthodox rabbi Bill Clinton”.
Since then, Matan Even has been known as the “Bill Clinton Kid”, not because he is Bill Clinton’s son but because of the quote he said.
On his YouTube channel, he has uploaded 56 episodes of civilians being beaten by the police.

He joined Twitter around the same time in March 2019.
He stopped uploading videos after the Hong Kong protests ended and posted a tweet about his hiatus.

Obviously, the Game Awards stunt isn’t the only stunt he’s done before.
He previously advocated for human rights at a Clippers game, said “free Hong Kong” before a Blizzard conference, and was on InfoWars to express his views on Hong Kong.
InfoWars is a far-right conspiracy theory website founded by Alex Jones.
In 2019, he caught the attention of the NBA and wore a T-shirt that read “Fight for freedom, stand with Hong Kong”.

On TikTok, he is known as Caprogg and RangoLizard and mocks others for their political views on various TikTok LIVEs.
Matan has performed many of the same stunts as the current stunt before, notably wearing a “Free Hong Kong” shirt while on the NBA fan shoot.
He grew up in a Hebrew school and they have family in Israel.
According to past stunts, it appears that Matan is advocating for human rights and condemning police brutality.
He often discusses politics outside the United States such as China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan but limits discussion to right-wing politics.
This is evident from his interview on InfoWars, where Matan refused to share his views on it despite the host’s persuasion.
After stunting in The Game Awards, Matan has been on numerous podcasts with NeonSniperPanda, Destiny, and others.
