The 48-year-old elite American Television anchor and meteorologist Amy Freeze has paid her dues to several television stations with experience in meteorology.

She’s currently the meteorologist of FOX weather. She was previously working for WABC-TV in New York as the weekend meteorologist. She’s earned a good name for herself as a five-time National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Emmy Award winner.

Where is Amy Freeze now?

At present Amy is having her career as a television anchor and meteorologist on FOX weather where she joined in 2021. Before that, she was working at New York’s WABC which is affiliated with ABC as a weekend meteorologist for 10 years.

She was the first female Chief meteorologist in Chicago Illinois whilst working at local Fox affiliate WFLD-TV.  She has as well worked for WCAU-TV, KMGH-TV, and KPTV-TV.

Amy had been off the screens of WABC-TV for quite a long time which kept her fans and those who relied on her weather reports worried.

She eventually replied to her fans and assured them that she was doing well and after undergoing surgery, she is still recovering. On 2 October 2021, the meteorologist broke the sudden news that she was quitting the WABC.

Is Amy Freeze Married?

No. The fox weather meteorologist is currently single. She has however been in the married zone once in her lifetime. Amy was married to Gary Arbuckle, a medical practitioner precisely a chiropractor, and a weight loss specialist.

He had his high school education at Granada Hills Charter High School in Los Angeles and proceeded to have his college education at Brigham Young University. He’s had a desire for healthcare since he was a kid and has been a chiropractic assistant during his college days at Brigham.

He enrolled in the then Western States Chiropractic College which is now the University of Western States in Portland Oregon. 

The ex-lovers, Amy and Gary met and started dating during their college days at Brigham. They tied the knot in 1994, and had four children together, yet ended it all in divorce in 2014. Nothing about their marital status has been revealed after both went their separate ways.
