When does Diablo 4 Season 3 start? Season of Blood end date

With Diablo 4’s seasonal content structure, players will be wondering when the current Season of Blood is set to end and what the Season 3 start date is – and thankfully, the latter has now been confirmed.

Diablo 4 was released in mid-2023 and has seen two different seasons so far, with each one introducing new content to the game, such as dungeons, characters, and build possibilities. Season 3 is expected to continue this trend, although we don’t know much about it, aside from the fact leaderboards are set to be introduced.

So, if you’re looking forward to the game’s next chapter, check out when Season 3 will start below.

When does Diablo 4 Season 3 start?

Diablo 4 Season 3 is set to begin on January 23, as confirmed by a message on the game’s login screen that reads: “Season 3 – Next Season Begins January 23, 2024.”

This means that the current Season of Blood will also be ending on the same date, likely just before an update goes live to introduce all the new content.

Considering we’re less than two weeks away from that date as of writing this guide, we assume Blizzard will begin sharing new details on the latest season very soon, along with a confirmation of the full title.

Here’s hoping Season 2 is more like Season of Blood than the game’s first seasonal update, which was more than a little underwhelming.

In case you were wondering, Diablo 3 is kicking off its thirtieth season (30!) on January 12, too, so you can always go slay some demons there while you wait.
