Who is Logic?
Logic was born on January 22, 1990 as Sir Robert Bryson Hall II. During his childhood, Logic and his brothers had a pretty rough time since their parents had an alcohol and cocaine addiction. Because of this, they started dealing drugs while still very young. Logic was kicked out of high school, and at the age of 17 he left his parents’ home.
During his early years alone, Logic got some help from his mentor Solomon Taylor. Soon he became interested in the hip hop genre after watching Kill Bill. This inspired him to take up the name Psychological and he released an unofficial mixtape. This got him a ton of attention in the industry from big stars like Pitbull.
Before releasing his first official mixtape, he shortened his name to logic. Young, Broke, and Infamous released in 2010 and gained a ton of praise from critics. The album also had collabs from several popular stars like Big Sean, 2 Chainz, and Childish Gambino. His second studio album was titled The Incredible True Story and it got released in November 2015.
It scored a #1 spot on US Rap and US R&B/Hip Hop Carts while also a #3 on the Billboard 200. His third album titled Everybody scored a #1 on US Rap, US R&B, and Billboard 200 in 2017. Logic released his fourth album in 2018 titled YSIV which debut at #2 on Billboard and featured everyone from the Wu-Tang Clan. The same year, he also released the mixtape titled Bobby Tarantino II.
He was previously married to Jessica Andrea but they divorced in 2018. A year later, he met his current wife Brittney Noell and they married in September.
