George Murdoch (born February 21, 1973) is a professional wrestler, TV news commentator, and actor better known as Tyrus. He is a wrestler signed to the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), where he is the reigning NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion. He appears on Fox News and its sibling streaming service Fox Nation as a co-host/panelist on the late-night talk shows Gutfeld!, as well as a contributor/fill-in host on other shows.

Murdoch is multiracial, with a black father and a white mother. He claims that when he was born, his father was 19 and his mother was 15. Murdoch revealed a childhood episode in which his abusive father injured his eye by striking him, prompting his mother to leave his father. While Murdoch’s mother returned to her parent’s home, Murdoch indicated that he and his brother were not accepted since they were mixed-race. Murdoch and his brother stayed in a foster family for several years, during which time Murdoch was “obsessed” with changing his skin color in the hopes of being reunited with his family.
