Storm Huntley is married to the lead singer of the rock band The LaFontaines, Kerr Okan. They got married on 2 September 2021 on the banks of Loch Lomond in Scotland. 

Who is Kerr Okan?

Kerr Okan is the frontman of the Scottish band The LaFontaines which is made up of Kerr, Jamie Keenan, and Darren McCaughey.

Prior to the 2021 Euros, they produced Scotland, Bonnie Scotland, an unofficial national song. They have had a good career individually.

In addition to performing at festivals like T in the Park, where they set an attendance record by being the only unsigned band to have the T Break tent refuse entry due to large crowds, the group has toured and supported other well-known artists like Example, N-Dubz, Chiddy Bang, Pendulum, The Ting Tings, and Twin Atlantic. In June 2014, Huntley became a member of STV’s local STV Glasgow channel, where she now presents weather forecasts and features on the weekday evening Riverside Show.

Huntley has been in three shows on British terrestrial television since 2015: the CBeebies seasonal Down on the Farm, The Wright Stuff, and Jeremy Vine, which took its place. In 2016, Down on the Farm received a BAFTA Scotland Award nomination.

She serves as a co-host on the daily live phone-in debate show The Wright Stuff on Channel 5 and its 2018 replacement Jeremy Vine, screening and presenting callers to the hosts Matthew Wright and Jeremy Vine as well as reading out fan feedback.

She has a solo spot from 12:00 to 12:40, during which she continues the viewer discussion on the day’s issues after Jeremy Vine leaves (to conduct his BBC Radio2 program at 12:00).
