Rockstar, Kuami Eugene Makes It To Global Digital Artist Ranking, Ranked The 5th African Artist In The World

Contemporary Highlife sensation, Eugene Kwame Marfo, also known as Kuami Eugene has achieved another milestone in his music career as he is being ranked the 5th African Artist in the world by the Global Digital Artist Ranking.

Kuami Eugene who participated in the MTN Hitmaker Season 5 never disappointed Ghanaians and his loyal fans despite the fact that he never won the competition. He bagged a label deal with Lynx Entertainment owned by Richie Mensah and ever since then, he has earned his place as one of the most talented singers in Africa.

With songs like “Angela”, “Ohemaa”, “Wish Me Well”, “Obia to”, “Open Gate” among others, he was able to register his name on the lips of Ghanaians, releasing some of the most popular songs on the streets.

In a most recent update, Kuami Eugene, popularly known as Rockstar has been ranked the 5th African artist in Ghana by the Global Digital Artist Ranking.

In other news, Ghanaian musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah who is known as Shatta Wale has publicly stated that the Ghanaian music industry has no direction.

The controversial musician made this known in a recent post he made on his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.

According to Shatta Wale, the industry has no direction adding that there is no genre that can be associated with the industry.
