In June 2022, a battle between KIA customers and managers broke out.
The video has gone viral on social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.
In 2023, the video was again spread on social networking platforms.
In the video, a KIA manager pushes the door in, pushing a small man aside.
He then shouted at another man, presumably a customer.
The guest then pulled the KIA manager off his feet and the video was cut.
According to the official Petawawa KIA SUPER STORE page on Facebook, they say the manager has been fired.

The video was posted by @takatak68 on YouTube and has more than 10k views.
It was only 6 seconds long and was cut after the customer confronted the manager.
According to a Reddit thread, the customer in the video is trying to get their deposit back.
The person behind the camera was the client’s wife and she stopped recording as soon as her husband confronted the manager.
In the video, the manager called the customer’s wife inappropriately.
That led customers to attack the Kia director, defending his wife.
