Michelle Dockery Awards: Michelle Dockery, also known as Michelle Suzanne Dockery is an English actress.

She developed a passion for acting at a younger age, has been consistent throughout his career, and has become one of the most sought-after English actresses.

Michelle Dockery is a recipient of a number of awards including; the Variety Icon Award for Outstanding Achievement in Acting at the Cannes International TV Series Film Festival (2018), Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series at Screen Actors Guild Award (2015), Best Global Actress at Huading Awards (2013), and Best Drama Actress at Critics’ Choice Television Award (2012).

Dockery made her professional stage debut in “His Dark Materials”. She went on to appear in a number of films including; “Hanna”, “Anna Karenina”, “Non-Stop”, and “The Gentlemen”

She also played lead roles in the films; “Good Behavior”, “Defending Jacob”, “Anatomy of a Scandal”, and “Godless”, for which she received her 4th Emmy nomination.

For her role as Eliza Doolittle, in London’s revival of “Pygmalion”, she was nominated for the Evening Standard Award, and for her role in “Burnt by the Sun”, she earned an Olivier Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

Her TV and film credit includes; Fingersmith, Hogfather, Consent, Heartbeat, Poppy Shakespeare, The Turn of the Screw, Waking The Dead, Restless, Return to Cranford, Shades of Beige, Out of Time, and Boy Kills World, among others.

Dockery is best known for playing Lady Mary Crawley in “Downton Abbey”, for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award and 3 consecutive Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series.
