Lil Wayne Sells His Entire Master Catalog Including Drake And Nicki Minaj Records For $100M

American rapper who doubles as the owner of Young Money Entertainment, Lil Wayne has been reported to have sold his master recordings to record label giant, Universal Music Group for $100 million

He is said to have sold the entire catalog from his record label including big musicians like Drake and Nicki Minaj records

Industry folks have raised concerns on why Lil Wayne settled on that amount while Bob Dylan had a similar deal which he struck $300 million.

It’s unbelievable how the rapper decided to sell all the catalog including the heavyweight artistes master recordings and the amount he settled on makes it weird

Nicki Minaj’s recent album dubbed ‘Queen’ was released under Young Money and almost all her releases are under Lil Wayne’s label.
