Lewis Hall made 10 more first-team appearances that season and won the 2023 Chelsea Academy Player of the Year award.

Lewis Hall represented England from under-15 to under-21 level. On 21 September 2022, Lewis Hall made his England U19 debut in a 2–0 UEFA European Under-19 Championship win over Montenegro in Denmark.

On 24 May 2023, he was called up to the training camp to prepare England U21 players ahead of the 2023 European Championship. On 10 June 2023, he made his England U21 debut in an audience-friendly match against Japan in St. George’s Park.

Lewis Hall helped Chealse win the Premier League U18 Cup and made his first-team debut in the first full year. As a talented box-to-box player, prominent at left-back, left-back, central midfielder, and winger, Lewis Hall’s ability to play in multiple positions has made him an important player.

Lewis Hall’s impressive performances earned him recognition by men’s first team head coach Thomas Tuchel, and he was rewarded with a senior debut at 17 in the FA Cup win over Chesterfield, even providing a decisive assist for Romelu Lukaku.
