Kill the Justice League difficulty settings explained

Here’s a list of the different difficulty settings in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, as well as what they change in the game.

If you’ve just started the new co-op adventure from the creators of the Arkham series, you might be wondering which difficulty to choose in the game. There are a few different options, and I’ll run through each of them here as well as how to alter them if you change your mind later.

What difficulty settings are there?

There are three different difficulty settings in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League: Walk in the Park, Best Pay Attention, and Sweating Bullets.

First up we have Walk in the Park difficulty. This is the easiest difficulty, and is intended for inexperienced players. Combat encounters will be easier and enemies will do less damage to your squad, as well as taking more damage from your attacks.

The next option is Best Pay Attention, which is essentially the “normal” mode. There’s no adjustment to the encounters on this difficulty, which means it’s the way the game was intended to be played by most players. You’ll gain 10% extra XP and 15% extra resources on this setting.

Finally, for those who want a challenge, you can pick Sweating Bullets. This setting will increase combat difficulty and make all enemies stronger, as well as making your squad inflict less damage. You’ll get 20% bonus XP and +30% resources.

How to change difficulty in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

It’s quite easy to change difficulty, as all you need to do is head to the Squad tab on the pause menu and change the difficulty from there.

You might want to change the difficulty if things are too hard for you, or if you want more of a challenge and increased rewards. You’ll gain extra XP and resources for playing on the harder difficulties, while the easiest option rewards none of these bonuses.

It’s also important to note that missions will say “Evenly Matched” under them on occasion. You might want to look out for these missions if you’re under or over-levelled as they’ll be at your current level.
