Once the missions mentioned above are finished, you will get an Activity notification asking you to meet them. This will mark the location on the map making it easy to find, but if you need specific directions, you can find Pioneer Tower in the Residential District of New Atlantis.
Ignoring this notification will cause your parents to send a concerned note to Constellation, and they will eventually visit their HQ to find you – so there’s no avoiding them really.
