Keerthi Pandian children-Indian actress, Keerthi Pandian was born on February 18, 1992, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Pandian was born to Anru Pandian and his wife, Vijaya Pandian. She shares the same parents with her two sisters; Kavitha Pandian and Kirana Pandian.
Pandian attended Chettinad Vidyashram in Chennai where she also graduated from. She made her acting debut in 2019’s Harish Ram-directed adventure movie Thumbaa. She later won praise from critics for her portrayal in Gokul’s survival thriller movie Anbirkiniyal.
She is also the cousin of actress Ramya Pandian and the daughter of politician and actor Arun Pandian. She is also well-known for her roles in a number of popular movies, including Thumbaa (2019) and Anbirkiniyal (2021).
Keerthi Pandian career
Following graduation, Pandian started her career as a ballet and salsa dancer before deciding to pursue theater acting in 2015.
She also managed her own distribution business in Singapore while serving as the chief director of operations for her father’s film distribution company, A&P Groups.
Due to discrimination against her because of her skin tone and because she was underweight, Pandian did not originally receive many film offers from directors when she first entered the profession.
In order to escape the impression of nepotism as Arun Pandian’s daughter, she usually addressed herself only by her first name during auditions. She even denied others since she believed she did not have substantial roles in them.
P andian was offered the main part in the 2019 Tamil movie Thumbaa by director Harish Ram, who approached her with the opportunity. Pandian agreed, making Thumbaa her acting debut.
Later, Pandian and her father played the lead roles in Anbirkiniyal (2021), a Malayalam version of the 2019 film Helen.
Telangana Today named Anbirkiniyal as one of the greatest South Indian thriller movies currently available, praising Keerthi Pandian’s acting in the movie as being wonderful and distinctive and giving it a favorable review overall.
Additionally, she appeared in the ZEE5 comedy series Postman with Munishkanth. Pandian was given the Super Daughter award by Femina in 2019 by her father after she made her acting debut in Thumbaa. The next movies starring Keerthi are Konjam Pesinaal Yenna and Kannagi.
