ElevenLabs is a voice technology research company focused on developing high-quality AI voice software for publishers and creators.

They created new text-to-speech models that use high compression and contextual understanding.

This technology makes human speech extremely realistic, enabling voiceovers for news, newsletters, books and videos.

They also provide tools for voice transcription and synthetic speech design.

Their goal is to instantly convert spoken audio between languages using their AI dubbing engine.

This will allow users to automatically re-dub any audio or video in another language while keeping the original speaker’s voice intact.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to use ElevenLabs for beginners to create fun AI voice clone memes.

To use ElevenLabs, you need to create an account and sign up for a paid plan (e.g. Starter).

Next, find at least 3 clips of the person on YouTube that you want to transcribe (e.g. Donald Trump) and convert them to MP3 files.

Finally, upload the audio file to ElevenLabs, create and download the voiceover, and edit the video with a video editor.

Visit https://www.elevenlabs.io.
Click the “Register” button.
Sign up with Facebook, Google or email.
Verify your email address and sign in.
Go to your subscription and sign up for a paid plan (e.g. Starter with $5 per month).

Note: You can also use ElevenLabs for free, but you can’t copy voices.

Go to YouTube and search for clips of the person you want to copy (e.g. Donald Trump).
Copy the URL of each video and paste it into the YouTube to MP3 converter.
Visit https://www.elevenlabs.io/voice-lab.
Add Voice > Instant Voice Copy > Name it > Upload Audio Clips > Add Voice.
Select “Use” to use the cloned voice.
Enter text and select “Create”.
Download the voice by clicking the save icon.
