With suggested replies, you can still add more text to create a custom reply to a message on a mobile device. Here’s how to enable suggested replies in the Outlook app for Android and iOS:

Step 1: On your phone, tap the Outlook app to launch it.

Step 2: Click on the image shown in the top left corner of the application window.

Step 3: Tap the Settings gear icon at the bottom of the application window.
