Step 2: Tap the My Content icon located in the lower right corner.
Step 3: Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
Step 4: In the Settings menu, tap Registered devices.
A list of all your registered devices will load and appear on your screen.
Step 5: Select the device you want to unsubscribe from your Prime Video account.
Step 6: Click the Deregister button located at the end of the device name.
Step 7: Tap ‘Are you sure?’ to confirm your action.
That will cancel the device’s Amazon Prime Video account subscription and won’t appear there.
2. Unregister the device from Android
If you are an Android user, you can easily unregister your device using the Prime Video App for Android. Let us show you the steps.
Step 1: Open the Prime Video app on your Android.
Step 2: Tap on My stuff located in the lower right corner.

4. Unregister the device using the web browser
There are many users who prefer to use Amazon Prime Video from their favorite web browser. They don’t want to install dedicated apps for various reasons. The most common reason could be the presence of bugs that spoil the overall experience.
You can also download the Prime Video App for your Windows PC, laptop or tablet.
Unfortunately, you cannot deregister the device using this app. This option is not currently available for any Windows applications. To deregister your device, you will have to log in to your account from a browser. These steps remain the same regardless of the browser you want to use.
