How to get Tera Shards in Scarlet and Violet
To get Tera Shards in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you need to beat Tera Raid by 3 to 6 stars or get them from NPC.
You can also get them by winning the Ace Academy Tournament after you complete the game and rematch with 8 gym leaders.
Defeat Tera Raid from 3 to 6 stars
- Tera raid 5 stars will be available after you complete the game (credits will be rolled out).
- Tera Raids 6 stars are available after you rematch all 8 gyms and win the Ace Academy Tournament.
- The Tera Shard you will receive is the same as the Tera Type of the Pokemon in the raid.
Get Tera Shards from NPC
- 50 Tera Dragon Shards: Gain Close Relationship with Hassel.
- 50 Tera Stones: Gain a close relationship with Miss Tyme.
- 50 Normal Tera Pieces: Talk to the Chef in the Treasure Eater.
Winning the Ace Academy Tournament
- Complete the game (credits will roll) and rematch with 8 gym leaders.
