How to Fix wmiacpi.sys Blue Screen Error on Lenovo

Are you getting a “Stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION” error message?

Here’s the second part of the error, “What failed: wmiacpi.sys”.

The file is related to the ACPI WMI driver, which is an extension of the ACPI specification.

This driver manages power-related functions and configurations on a computer.

ACPI is a standard for power management and configuration of computer systems.

The WMI interface allows apps and scripts to query and configure the operating system.
