To find and retrieve the Cartel Notebook from the warehouse in the DMZ, you need to go to the Cartel Depot (C6 on the map).
Once you’re there, unlock the door, go inside, get the Las Almas Notebook and unzip it.
Here’s how to do this (expanding screenshot above):
- Find the Cartel Warehouse Key (if you haven’t already).
- Go to the Cartel Warehouse (C6 on the map).
- Unlock the door, go inside and get the Las Almas Laptop.
- Unzip the laptop.
The warehouse holds a lot of good loot like gold bars, documents, etc.
After you unpack the laptop, the goal is complete.
