To evolve Scyther into Scizor in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you need to get the Metal Jacket from the Delibird Gift shop in Levincia.
After you have a metal coat, equip it to Scyther, trade Scyther with your friend and it will evolve into Scizor.
Here’s how Scyther evolves:
- Go to Levencia.
- Go to Delibird Presents (red store).
- Select “Battle Item”.
- Buy Metal Jacket for $3,000 Poke.
- Equip Scyther’s Metal Coat.
- Trade the Scyther with your friend and it will evolve into a Scizor.
To trade with your friends, press X > L > A > Poke Portal > Trade Link.
