Once you’ve updated your Windows desktop Telegram app, continue with the steps below.
Step 1: On your PC, click Start menu and search for telegram.
Step 2: Click Open to launch Telegram app from the results.

Step 3: On the right side of the chat window, click on the displayed profile picture.
