When browsing your Outlook emails, you must take note of those that require an immediate or delayed response. For emails that require an immediate response, you can attend to them by clicking the Reply button and get them out of the way. However, it can be easy to forget about emails that require a delayed response unless extra care is taken.
One way to ensure you remember to get back to a pending email is by flagging it. The flag serves as a visual reminder of a pending action on an email. Read below on the various ways you can create and manage flagged emails in Microsoft Outlook.
