How to add an email signature in Gmail Web
Follow the steps below to set up a signature for emails you compose in Gmail on the desktop website.
Step 1: Open Gmail on desktop and sign in with your Google account credentials.
Step 2: Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Select View all settings.
Step 4: Go to the General tab and scroll down to Signatures.
Step 5: Click Create New.
Step 6: Now, title your signature.

Note: You can create and add as many email signatures as you want.

How to Insert Email Signature in Gmail with Image
You can also add an image as an email signature in Gmail. Go through the steps below.
Step 1: Follow the steps above and go to the General menu in Gmail Settings.

Step 1: After you create your custom signature using WiseStamp, copy the signature from the draft.

How to create a signature in the Gmail mobile app

Step 3: If you are on Android, select the relevant Gmail account. (iPhone users can move on to the next step.)
Step 4: Now, scroll down to Mobile Signature in the General menu.
Note: If you’re using an iPhone, select Signature Settings under Compose & Reply. Now, enable Mobile Signatures.
Step 5: Add text for the signature. Like Gmail web, you won’t have all the editing options.
Step 6: Once done, press OK or Done and you are ready to go.

Step 1: Open Gmail on desktop and sign in with your Google account credentials.
