How to Bookmark Multiple Video Positions in KMPlayer

Recently, we have seen what you can do when you want to save the play position in a video in Windows Media Player. KMPlayer Remember to play for the last time options help me do the same thing. Once I’ve tested this, I’m sure it will continue to stay in the same spot even if I close my player.

Remember the position played

You can activate the same by right clicking on the player (when your video is playing) and navigating to replay.

There is one more feature provided by KMPlayer, Bookmarks/Chapterss and it has more potential than just playback. Let us see more about it.

Chapter bookmark option

We bookmark sites so we can come back to them later without much hassle. Similar is the bookmark feature here. While the video is playing, we can mark any location and return to the exact same location later. Furthermore, we can create multiple bookmarks (in multiple locations) on the same video in a single instance.

All you need to do is press the P key at the time you want to create a bookmark. Alternatively, right click on the player and navigate to Bookmarks/Chapters and click Add to bookmarks.

Show Bookmarks

There are more options in this menu to help you edit, delete or convert bookmarks. After you add a bookmark, it will appear in the list. When the same video is clicked, your video will start playing again (from the marker).

If you have Auto-delete when selected is selected, the bookmark that you clicked to play from the list will disappear. If you want to keep them for viewing more than once, uncheck this option.

Delete bookmarks or Edit bookmarks open another window called Bookmark Editor. You can delete or add new bookmarks here.

Also, if you choose Editor any of which you will be allowed to name it for easy identification. Like, I named one of them Test.

Alt + PgUp and Alt + PgDn and the options associated with them are quite clear to understand. I don’t think they need an explanation.

Conclusion

Next time you find something interesting on a video, don’t forget to bookmark it. You may want to share the frames with your friends. I hope this helps you and makes your movie viewing experience better.
