ISL giants ATK Mohun Bagan Football Club announced the signing of the Aussie center-back Brendan Hamill on a two-year deal for an undisclosed transfer fee. Hamill is expected to lead the Bagan defence in absence of Tiri who is injured and out for almost the entire upcoming season.
Brendan Hamill’s Career History
The 29 year old Hamill plays in the Australian A-League for the Melbourne Victory. The Sydney-born Hamill had his professional career debut for Melbourne Heart FC in 2010. He featured for the Australian under-20 National Team. Brendan also played in the Korean League for Seongnam and Gangwon FC.
In 2014 Hamill returned to his home town and joined the Western Sydney. He was a key member of the side for the 5 years tenure which he spent there.
From there he joined the Western United FC for two years tenure and then signed for the Melbourne Victory.
