He was drafted in the 1st round, 24th overall pick by the Houston Rockets in the 2021 NBA draft, after he played collegiate basketball for the Arizona State Sun Devils.

After high school, Caleb enrolled at Arizona State University, continuing with his basketball. Christopher appeared in nine of the Sun Devils’ 31 games, playing 3.2 minutes per game, scored six points and hauled in three rebounds on the year.
As a sophomore, Caleb in nine of his team’s 25 games, contributing 4.1 minutes per game, scored 10 points with four rebounds, four assists, and a pair of steals during the season.
