A new year in Ultimate Team brings a new batch of FUT Heroes, and EA FC 25 is certainly pulling out the stops with some highly requested names.

While they might not be quite on the level as their Iconic peers, Heroes are often vital to the rich history of their respective leagues and often turn out to be among the best players in the game too.

Check out the full list of new and returning Heroes below!

As a Liverpool fan, I’m very excited about the addition of Carragher to the game, but players like Hazard, Guti, and Maicon are definitely also at the top of my wishlist.

Alongside these new additions, there will also be two separate versions for each Hero. Their ‘Origin Version’ indicates their debutant attributes and personifies their powers earlier on in their career.

Each Hero will then transform into their ‘Prime Version’, boasting improved stats and a new superhero design that really shows off their true status within the game.

It’s unclear whether each Hero will automatically transform into their Prime version, replacing the Origin card, but it has been guaranteed that any gained through the Ultimate Edition pre-order reward will indeed automatically upgrade come November 28.
