Burke’s first marriage was in 2001 to Garth Fisher, a plastic surgeon. They divorced in 2005 and in 2006, she began dating actor and singer, David Charvet whom she married in August 2011.
After seven years of marriage, Burke and David Charvet announced that they were divorcing in April 2018. Their divorce was finalized in March 2020.
As of October 2020, Burke had been in a relationship with Scott Rigsby since August 2019. It’s unclear as to whether they are engaged or married as of this writing.
